  After having used this place time and time again happily it is a shame I can't give 0 stars for this place, ordered some flowers for my anniversary at 10am, expecting order to be delivered same day. Gave my number for contact in case of unforeseen circumstance. Always delivered early afternoon previously so no reference made to my wife leaving her place of work before 5pm. Delivery was attempted after she had left, but no phone call made. No effort to contact me, instead they left a voicemail on my wife's office phone. (She had left by this point) I had called the shop 46 times by this point between 4 and 6pm, with no reply and no phone message possible to be left. Delivery was then attempted the next morning, no advice that this would happen either as they didn't bother to call but by this point I was beyond furious and when they asked to speak to my wife, I asked to talk to the driver. I stated I wasn't happy with the fact I wasn't contacted and that it took them until gone 4 to deliver this, asked what the point was of me leaving a mobile number if they didn't bother to contact me. Driver was immediately confrontation saying that where I hadn't told them she left before 5 that it was my fault, yet couldn't answer why I wasn't called to let me know that the flowers couldn't be delivered. Driver continued to get ruder as conversation went on at which point I told them to stick their flowers and give me a full refund. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
