  This Boots is my Local boots. The owners and workers have always been friendly and welcoming but that changed when they got new workers. My experiance at this particular Boots was terrible! So me and my mum went in there to pick up a prescription and there was like 1 person infront of us in the line and yeah. So we were waiting for someone to come to us to ask us if we were alright because thats what they did most of the time when i walked in. So, the person infront of us had gone and 3 or 4 more people came in and we had obviously been waiting longer than them. The Assitant Manager was at the till because i dont know, the others were busy. So we had been waiting for about 10 minutes but instead of asking us if we were alright, he asks the others, who had just walked him, if THEY were alright and i didnt mind too much about that at first since yeah, they are just there to buy stuff so it shouldnt take too long but instead of just scanning the items and doing all that stuff people do at the till, he starts having a long xhat with the other customers. Which is fine, i mean yeah you want to be an approchable person but my mum and I have been waiting longer than any of those people and you're have a mothers meeting with them all. So since we had been waiting ages, my mum asked the guy to help us and all he said was "go ask one of the best thers." Seriously! We have been waiting for about 10-20 minutes and all you say is that. We eventually got someone to help us and just forgot that moment.
